for Studio Subscription

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before subscribing. By completing the intake form and ticking the required box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. The Subscription
1.1 The Studio Subscription gives the subscriber access to The S.P.A.C.E studio two days per week, any day of the week, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
1.2 This subscription is available to one client at a time. Only one active subscription may be held at any given time.
1.3 The subscription covers studio access only. It does not include lighting equipment, background Colorama paper, or any other additional services.
2. Booking & Scheduling
2.1 Following subscription, the client must contact The S.P.A.C.E to arrange their preferred studio days. Dates are confirmed directly with the studio and are subject to availability.
2.2 Studio days are not automatically reserved upon subscription. Dates must be confirmed by The S.P.A.C.E team before they can be considered booked.
2.3 The subscriber may use any two days per week, subject to the studio calendar. The S.P.A.C.E will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the subscriber’s preferred days.
2.4 Unused studio days within a paid monthly period are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to the following month.
3. Payment
3.1 The subscription fee is £1,600 per month, billed monthly via Squarespace Payments.
3.2 Payment is taken automatically on the same date each month from the payment method provided at the time of subscription.
3.3 It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure their payment details are kept up to date. Failed payments will be retried as per Squarespace Payments terms. If payment fails after all retry attempts, the subscription will be cancelled and access to the studio will cease.
4. Minimum Commitment & Cancellation
4.1 This subscription has a minimum commitment period of 6 months (6 monthly payments).
4.2 By subscribing, the client agrees to the full 6-month term. Early cancellation of the subscription does not waive any outstanding monthly payments due for the remainder of that term. The S.P.A.C.E reserves the right to pursue any unpaid amounts.
4.3 The subscription expires automatically after the 6-month term (6 monthly payments). If the subscriber wishes to continue after the minimum term, they must resubscribe.
4.4 To cancel after the minimum term, the subscriber must cancel via their Squarespace customer account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4.5 The S.P.A.C.E reserves the right to cancel the subscription at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice, except in cases of breach of these Terms & Conditions, in which case the subscription may be cancelled immediately.
4.6 The S.P.A.C.E reserves the right to cancel the subscription immediately and without refund in the event of:
● Repeated failure to leave the studio in an acceptable condition
● Damage to studio equipment or property
● Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other clients
● Breach of any of these Terms & Conditions
● Non-payment
5. Additional Services & Charges
5.1 The following services are available at an additional cost and are not included in the subscription:
• Lighting equipment hire: £10 per hour
• Background Colorama paper: £15 per metre
5.2 Additional charges must be agreed in advance and will be invoiced separately.
5.3 Late vacating of the studio may incur a fee of £50 per 30 minutes or part thereof.
6. Studio Use
6.1 The subscriber is responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition in which it was found. A cleaning fee of £25 may be charged if the studio is left in poor condition.
6.2 Any damage to studio equipment or property caused by the subscriber or their guests will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
6.3 The subscriber must comply with all studio rules and guidelines as communicated by The S.P.A.C.E. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The S.P.A.C.E accepts no liability for loss, damage, or theft of the subscriber’s equipment or personal belongings whilst on the premises.
7.2 The S.P.A.C.E will not be liable for any loss of earnings or indirect losses arising from the cancellation or rescheduling of studio access.
8. Privacy
8.1 Personal data provided at the time of subscription will be handled in accordance with The S.P.A.C.E Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the intake form and ticking the box:

You confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
• Payment of the monthly subscription fee constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• These terms form a binding agreement between you and The S.P.A.C.E.
• Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of the subscription.
