How it works
1. Purchase Your Service
Complete your order through our online checkout. Make sure to include your email address and postal address in the intake form so we can send everything back to you.
2. Label Your Film
Clearly label your film canister or envelope with your name so we can identify whose film it is.
3. Drop Off or Post Your Film
Drop your film at the studio or post it to us at:

If we're not around when you visit, we have a dedicated mailbox by the front door where you can safely leave your film.
4. We Process Your Film
We aim to develop and/or scan your film within [5-7 working days], handled with care and attention to detail.
5. Receive Your Scans & Negatives
Once ready, we'll email you the high-quality digital scans and post your negatives back to you.

How it works
Our in-House Photographer
As the photographer and CEO of The S.P.A.C.E, Graham Cann is a multi-published UK photographer with a background in commercial fashion, beauty and editorial work. Whether on location with natural light and large format or in the studio with professional lighting setups, he creates images that capture your unique character and vision.
1 Person — In-Studio Portraits or Headshots
£400 for a 2-hour session
1 wardrobe change
5 high-resolution fully edited images
£50 per additional edited image
How It Works: A few days after your shoot, you'll receive a contact sheet to select your 5 images for editing. Your final edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks.
Booking Requirements:
A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking
The remaining balance of £300 is due 2 days before your session (or you can pay the full £400 upfront if you prefer)
Agreement to our Terms & Conditions is required when completing the intake form

Branding Services
What is Branding Photography
Branding photography is about creating a cohesive visual identity for your business. From product shots and team headshots to behind-the-scenes content and lifestyle imagery, professional branding photography helps tell your story, build trust with customers and elevate your brand across all platforms — from your website and social media to marketing materials and packaging.
Work with Our In-House Photographer or Bring Your Own
We offer two options for your branding shoot:
Option 1: Full-Service Photography Work with our experienced in-house photographer who will guide you through the entire process, from concept to final delivery. Branding photography services are quoted on a project basis depending on the scope, number of images required, and studio time needed. Get in touch for a custom quote tailored to your needs.
Option 2: Studio Hire Only Prefer to work with your own photographer? Hire our studio for a half day (4 hours) at £250 or a full day (8 hours) at £400 and bring your creative team.
(Please note: If your shoot involves larger subjects such as vehicles, additional fees may apply. Contact us to discuss your requirements.)
The Studio
Our substantial, well-equipped photography and video studio is located in Southend-on-Sea, just an hour from London. We're set up to accommodate everything from small business product shoots to large-scale commercial projects — we've even hosted full car photography campaigns.

Professional equipment including Profoto lighting, modifiers, commercial wind machine and smoke machine
